This fine residence was created by Abderrahim Charaï, winner of the Aga Khan International Prize for Architecture.

Remarkable orchestration of space, in a house that combines modern comfort with the traditional know-how of local craftsmen – tadellakt coated walls, pillar adorned with terracotta briquettes, facade in talaouh (a mix of clay, lime and straw), Moroccan zellij for the floors and cedar woodwork.

No ostentatious Luxury, but a house with a life and soul of its own, tastefully decorated with items collected by the proprietor, a gallery owner and true art lover – from all four corners of the Earth.

The Suites and Guest rooms are all different, each with its own striking colors and atmosphere, inviting you to escape the bustle of everyday life and enjoy true serenity.

The Swimming Pool measures 16—8m, and children can amuse themselves without risk in the little pool designed specially for them.

The Patio is made with Arabo-Andalusian style, and separates the main house from the guest rooms. Sit back and relax to the murmur of the fountain, with the delicate fragrance of orange blossom filling the air.

The Hammam is a genuine Moorish bath with zellij flooring from Fez and tadellakt arches, perfect for smoothing away your cares with a traditional soft soap body scrub. Lounge-library with stereo, dining room with open fireplace, and car park with watchman.
