In Djemaa el-Fna you can buy a wide variety of dried fruits: figs, palm dates, dried apricots, prunes, raisins, peanuts, pistachios, hazelnuts, walnuts, chestnuts and several other seeds and fruits. Nuts and dried fruits in general are an important source of nutrition, so this is one thing to add in your shopping list while Marrakech.
