Dar Karma

Ideally located inside of Marrakech medina’s walls, only 15 minute drive from the airport, Riad Dar Karma is a high place of the Kasbah quarter, not too far from the Saadian tombs and from both HH Hassan II’s and HH Mohamed VI’s Royal Palaces. The mansion once belonged to HH Mohamed V’s official French translator in Morocco.

Dar Karma receives you with intimacy and you’ll be surprised by the peaceful and calm atmosphere. The largest of both patios is planted with orange trees and decorated with a wall fountain. It opens to small yet extraordinary comfortable lounges, as well as a bigger lounge where you can enjoy a fireplace during winter time.

Going from the patios to the lounges or your room is very easy through the perfect arrangement of the Riad decorated in a traditional decoration style as well as modern comfort. Air conditioning, , free WIFI network, as well as a fax machine and a printer are free on request.

It is in one of both patios, that you will discover the intimate atmosphere of the warm palm tree-planted pool. Right close to it, the resting lounge, and the hammam welcome you in a marble and tadelakt decoration and where you can enjoy traditional body care.

The terrace is a resting and discovery place. It opens to the sundeck and is ideally equipped with showers and water sprays. Planted with olive trees, figue trees and scented herbs, it offers huge couches, white light curtains and overall, a unique view to both the Atlas mountain chain and the old town.
